An easy fudge recipe that the whole family can enjoy, this also makes a great present! To change the recipe slightly, add peppermint essence instead of rum to make chocolate mint fudge.
Ingredients
400 g
Dark chocolate
379 g
Condensed milk, (one can)
½ cup
Raisins
1 tsp
Rum essence
Directions
Line a shallow 21cm x 18cm square pan with baking paper. Gently melt the chocolate chips and condensed milk together in a saucepan over a low heat until chocolate has melted.
Remove from heat and stir until smooth. Mix raisins and rum essence into the chocolate and condensed milk mixture.
Pour into your lined pan and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and store in an airtight container.
