Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degC. Line a 22cm round pie dish with pastry and bake blind for 10 minutes.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan and combine with sugar, condensed milk and golden syrup. Fold in the flour.
  3. Pour filling into cooled pastry base and bake for 25 minutes or until set. Cool.
  4. Arrange sliced bananas on top and cover with whipped cream. Sprinkle over grated chocolate.
