Re-work a taco salad with these great individual servings.
Ingredients

Tortilla wraps

Shaved ham

Cherry tomatoes

Mesclun leaves
Directions
Heat oven to 180 degrees C. Spray a six-hole Texas muffin tin with oil. Lightly spray the tortillas with oil. Push one tortilla into each hole of the muffin tin to form a basket - cut tortillas down a little first to fit if necessary.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove to cool completely.
Fill crisp tortilla baskets with ham or pastrami,6 halved cherry tomatoes and salad leaves. Drizzle with olive oil just before serving.
