Char-grilled chicken, blood orange and asparagus

Directions

 

  1. Preheat the grill. Brush the asparagus and chicken lightly with olive oil. Season well.
  2. Grill the chicken for approximately five minutes on each side, depending on size - until golden and crispy. Grill the asparagus for two to three minutes, turning until cooked - again depending on size.
  3. Whisk together the garlic, sugar, juice, oil and thyme. Taste for seasoning. Peel and segment the oranges. Plate the asparagus, chicken and oranges, drizzle with the dressing before serving.
