A fruitful adventure north to the Bay of Islands gives this drink a warm citrusy glow. Print Ingredients 1 Pot Earl grey tea 1 tbsp Sugar 1 handful Fresh mint 1 Orange, sliced 1 serving Freshly squeezed orange juice 1 serving Grapefruit juice + Add to shopping list Directions Make a pot of earl grey tea, add 1 Tbsp sugar and steep fresh mint leaves in it while it’s cooling down. Refrigerate. To make the julep, strain the tea. Crush ice into tall glasses, half fill with freshly squeezed citrus juice, (I used a mix of orange and grapefruit). Top up with tea, garnish with fresh mint and an orange slice. For an alcoholic version add a shot or two of a white spirit. Comments You must login to add a comment + Submit Comment Load More
