|1 pot||Earl grey tea|
|1 handful||Fresh mint|
|1 serving||Freshly squeezed orange juice|
|1 serving||Grapefruit juice|
- Make a pot of earl grey tea, add 1 Tbsp sugar and steep fresh mint leaves in it while it’s cooling down. Refrigerate.
- To make the julep, strain the tea. Crush ice into tall glasses, half fill with freshly squeezed citrus juice, (I used a mix of orange and grapefruit).
- Top up with tea, garnish with fresh mint and an orange slice.
- For an alcoholic version add a shot or two of a white spirit.
