They are served regularly with festive drinks at Warren’s place. Print Ingredients (You can click on ingredients to see more related recipes) 300 g Fresh pecans, (or your preferred mixture of fresh nuts) 1 tbsp Olive oil ¼ tsp Chilli powder, (more if you like it hot) ½ tsp Flaky sea salt 1 to taste Freshly ground black pepper 3 tbsp Honey + Add to shopping list Directions Heat the oven to 180 degC. Fry the nuts in oil over a low heat. Add chili powder, salt, a good grind of pepper, and honey. Cook over a low heat to combine, then roast in the oven for 15-25 minutes until they are golden brown. Remove, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and break into pieces once cool. Store in an airtight container if they last that long.
