These are fantastically moreish and will work with most fresh nuts. They are served regularly with festive drinks at Warren’s place.

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 180 degC. Fry the nuts in oil over a low heat. Add chili powder, salt, a good grind of pepper, and honey. 
  2. Cook over a low heat to combine, then roast in the oven for 15-25 minutes until they are golden brown.
  3. Remove, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and break into pieces once cool. Store in an airtight container if they last that long.
