Print Ingredients (You can click on ingredients to see more related recipes) 1 Spring onion, finely chopped 2 tsp Sesame oil 2 tsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp Sambal olek 1 Lime, zest of 1 Fresh ginger, grate enough to squeeze 1 Tbsp of juice into the mix 450 g Tuna, very fresh, or use salmon. Diced. 2 tbsp Kemiri (candlenuts), crushed, or use macadamia nuts 1 to serve Seaweed, toasted, or sesame seeds 1 to serve Pita bread, to make freshly baked pita chips. + Add to shopping list Directions In a bowl combine 1 finely chopped spring onion, 2 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp soysauce, 1 Tbsp sambal olek, and the zest of a lime. Grate enough fresh ginger to squeeze 1 Tbsp of juice into the mix. Add 450g very fresh diced tuna (or salmon) and 2 Tbsp crushed candlenuts or macadamia nuts. Combine and chill.
