Sounds weird, tastes amazing!

Ingredients

½ Watermelon
8 slices Prosciutto
2 Tomatoes, sliced
16 Black olives, stoned
½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
1 handful Basil leaves
1 to drizzle Balsamic vinegar
1 to drizzle Olive oil

Directions

  1. Slice two 15mm thick rounds from the watermelon, and then cut into wedges.
  2. Top each wedge with a piece of prosciutto or cured meat, a slice of tomato, good quality black olives, crumbled feta, small basil leaves, and a grind of fresh black pepper. Drizzle with good quality balsamic vinegar and olive oil to serve
