Impress your guests with these exquisite apricots, served with Greek yoghurt, cream or vanilla bean ice cream.
Ingredients
1½ cups
Water
½ cup
Dessert wine
1½ tbsp
Manuka honey
2 tsp
Orange blossom water

Apricots, (halved)
Directions
In a saucepan, combine the water, wine, honey and orange blossom water.
Over a gentle heat, stir to dissolve the honey then simmer for 5 minutes. Turn the temperature down to create the barest simmer.
Lay the apricots in the liquid and after 5 minutes remove using a slotted spoon. Increase the heat and boil for 5 minutes then cool. Serve with Greek yoghurt, cream or vanilla bean ice cream.
